Ordering and Payment
Customers can place orders through our Website, Facebook & Instagram page or by contacting us directly. Payment can be made through bKash, bank transfer or cash on delivery.
Local and International Delivery
We ship everywhere within Bangladesh. For international orders, appropriate shipping fees will apply. We will provide customers with a tracking number so they can follow their package’s progress.
Delivery Terms
We charge 80 BDT for orders inside Dhaka and 150 BDT for orders outside Dhaka. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location and the availability of the product. We will inform the customer of the estimated delivery time when they place their order.
If a customer is not available to receive their package at the time of delivery, we will make up to two additional attempts. If the customer is still unavailable, the package will be returned to us and the customer will need to arrange for pickup or pay an additional delivery fee.
We take great care to ensure that all packages are properly packaged and protected during transit. However, if a package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Returns and Refunds
We only take product return if there is any defect with the product or the quality of the product is not up to par. Change of mind is not applicable. In case of order cancellation before delivery, if the customer already paid the full amount in advance, we will return the full amount, and If the product was already sent for delivery, we will keep the delivery charge and return the rest.
